Drive down Blimp Road at Mile Marker 21 to the very end and you will pass the world’s smallest US Airforce Base, where the “fat albert” aerostat balloons are based just before you get to this public boat ramp at the end of the road.  Pan this 360 panorama straight up and you will see “fat albert” as it is being sent up in the air.  Depending on weather and mission requirements, “fat albert” can go as high as 15,000 feet.
